Full Child Custody for Concerned Father

As a parent, the welfare of our children is absolutely essential.  The Claiborne was approached by a father that believed his children were not safe with their mother because of her alcohol addiction.  Our attorneys immediately recruited a private investigator to determine the safety of the children and document what was happening.

With the help of the private investigator’s work, the mother was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol with the children in the car.  This led to the Claiborne Firm taking action and immediately gaining full custody of the children for the father.
